The Role
Team
The Salesforce support team support ITVs multiple Salesforce platforms and connected technology. The team not only support and maintain the platform, but also develop and create new features on the platform, growing it out to other business units. The team have a strong collaboration culture and have daily check in with the other teams members discussing challenges and tasks for the day ahead. They also support each other by documenting issues, liaising with third parties for support, and research new features and technology which could be of benefit to the team.
Role
- Handling user needs, security updates, automation flows, and reporting demands
- Keeping pace with a fast-evolving platform, troubleshooting tricky data issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly - all under tight deadlines - requiring quick thinking and problem-solving
- Managing user expectations amidst changes
- Gaining proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration basics (including user management, data management, and simple workflow automation).
- Develop skills in data analysis, data visualisation, and reporting.
Build competencies in using collaborative and productivity software to enhance digital operations. - Understand how digital applications support broader organisational objectives and productivity.
- Learn key customer service and stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication across digital platforms.

Entry Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent qualifications.
- Interest in digital technology and willingness to develop technical skills related to
- Salesforce and digital support.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and technical information.
- Proactive learner with a collaborative mindset.
- Desirable Skills (advantageous but not essential)
- Familiarity with digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of databases, data structures, or digital systems.
- Interest or prior exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
