The network's ambition is to make ITV Pride the best LGBTQ+ network in British media, supporting colleagues and programme makers and always striving to be at the heart of LGBTQ+ popular culture. We are proud that all ITV policies are LGBTQ+ inclusive.
ITV Pride produces a monthly podcast – ITV Pridecast – that provides an update on the latest LGBTQ+ news from across the company.
The Women's Network
The Women’s Network aims to develop, inspire and connect women across ITV, internationally. The Network is steered by champions from across all areas of ITV, who together deliver inspirational events and development workshops for members each quarter, along with numerous Networking opportunities throughout the year.
The Network has also generated substantial & positive changes within the organisation; including the launch of a maternity support programme, which offers advice and support for women approaching and returning from maternity leave. The Women’s network and ITV Balance were at the heart of launching our smart working initiative.
