The role
The Brand Operations Manager (focussed on Consumer Experiences) plays a key role in delivering ITV Studios’ global brand experience strategy through the operational management of our global attractions and experiential IP. This role is central to ensuring consistency, creativity, and commercial alignment in all brand experience ventures across a full portfolio of venues and promotions including, but not limited to, competitive socialising venues, adventure parks, bars, restaurants, set tours, themed holidays and cruise line offerings as well as ‘audience with’ stage tours and themed musicals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing brand strategies in-market, supporting partners, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards and aligned goals. This includes producing high-quality branded presentation materials, managing accounts with excellence, and serving as a vital stakeholder coordinator across ITV Studios and its partners.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the operational lead for ITV Studios' global experiences and attractions initiatives including all contractual obligations and updates.
- Deliver the in-market execution of brand strategies as defined by the VP of Consumer Experiences and established by the Director of Consumer Experiences.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and international stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective project delivery.
- Manage account relationships with events and attractions partners, ensuring high standards of service, alignment to brand strategy, and delivery against KPIs.
- Develop, produce, and maintain premium branded collateral and presentations to support internal approvals, partner alignment, and commercial discussions.
- Schedule, lead, and maintain regular contact meetings with internal and external stakeholders; provide detailed contact reports and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Monitor and report monthly on the brand performance of the global portfolio of branded attractions, including audience reach, engagement metrics, viewing stats, and brand strength indicators.
- Facilitate and assist in the production of new customer propositions ensuring they are within brand guidelines, have received relevant approvals and meet all health and safety and data protection guidelines.
- Monitor and report monthly on the commercial performance of the global portfolio of branded attractions, including ticket sales, secondary spend revenues and trading conditions.
- Track and interpret market trends across the experiences and attractions landscape; proactively feed insights back to internal stakeholders to shape future strategic thinking.
- Serve as a brand guardian across all activations, ensuring alignment with ITV Studios' brand values, creative standards, and licensing agreements. Regularly visiting and inspecting all venues for brand execution and end-to end customer experience.
- Support licensing teams with operational insight into attraction-focused initiatives; understanding licensing agreements is advantageous.
- Have a firm understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loyalty programmes, applying this knowledge to support our partners in growth initiatives and better consumer data management.
- Champion continuous improvement in brand operations processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Provide operational support on additional divisional projects, including initiatives within the Consumer Products and Brand Integrations teams, contributing cross-functionally as needed.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Extensive experience in brand operations, marketing, or account management roles, with a proven background in experiences or branded attractions preferably in global markets.
- Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities, including scheduling and delivery tracking, managing cross-functional working groups and go-to-market planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining collaborative working groups.
- Ability to produce high quality branded presentation materials, suitable for executive presentations and official partner use.
- Creative and brand literacy to independently understand and enforce brand guidelines with a strong operational understanding of all areas of marketing, including digital, experiential and traditional.
- Ability to interpret and act on brand strength and audience performance data.
- Confident delivering against brand and operational KPIs.
- Understanding of licensing frameworks and their application in experiential formats is advantageous.
- Experienced with financial reporting is important and performance marketing a plus.
