The Role

The team..

The Finance Continuous Improvement team leads major transformation initiatives across Group Finance, helping to simplify processes, improve systems and support the business through change.

Working closely with Finance, HR and Technology teams, the team plays a key role in delivering ITV’s Corporate Simplification programme — a large-scale initiative focused on streamlining how we operate. The team is collaborative, delivery-focused and committed to ensuring change is practical, well-managed and embedded successfully across the business.

The role..

We’re looking for a Business Change Lead – Finance to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Business Change Manager – Finance, you’ll support the delivery of change activity for the Corporate Simplification programme.

This role focuses on helping Finance teams adopt new processes and systems. You’ll support the planning and delivery of change activity, engage stakeholders, track progress and help manage resistance to ensure change lands effectively. It’s a great opportunity for someone with experience in change roles who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and making change practical and meaningful.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the end-to-end change plan for Finance
  • Maintaining change impact assessments and updating change plans accordingly
  • Coordinating engagement activities, including workshops and feedback sessions
  • Supporting the facilitation of training sessions and change communications
  • Helping manage and engage the Finance Change Network
  • Measuring change readiness and adoption, and identifying areas of resistance
  • Tracking progress against the change plan, including risks, issues and dependencies
  • Developing and supporting delivery of engagement materials across multiple formats

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

  • Experience working in a finance business change or transformation role (typically 3+ years)
  • Experience delivering change within a complex organisation
  • Understanding of finance processes and experience supporting change in a finance environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels

  • A collaborative and consultative approach to working with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
  • Ability to identify and manage resistance to change in a practical way
  • Curious and open mindset, keen to explore new ways of working
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • A proactive approach, taking ownership and driving activity forward
  • Resilient and confident in supporting change across large teams
