The Role

Fixed Term: 12 months

To lead, design and manage the people side of change for technology driven initiatives within Group Technology at ITV.

The Team

The Business Change Team sits within our Group Technology division with responsibility for:

  • Leading and designing change across a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring a colleague centric approach.
  • Creating and delivering digital skills training to help everyone at ITV feel confident with new technology.
  • Leading on engagement across Group Technology through communications and events.

Responsibilities:

Change Management/Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of change management strategies and plans across multiple technology projects or programs.

People Centric focus: Use data and user research to determine the best change approach and ensure the delivery, including planning and deployment of change considers all areas of ITV and reflects a user centric ethos.

Delivery: Develop and deliver key business change and sustainability activities such as: impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, implementation plans, end-user support and BAU transition.

Stakeholder management: Identify key individuals, understanding their needs and concerns, and ensuring consistent engagement to support successful change adoption. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, providing insight on organizational change.

Team member: Be an active member of the business change team and contribute to building an inclusive, collaborative and transparent team culture.

Key criteria:

  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Proven knowledge/ experience with Technology & Digital capabilities to deliver business change successfully.
  • Experience in agile approach and user centred design.
  • Experience engaging with users and senior stakeholders stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify obstacles, opportunities and issues involved in business change, and to plan and execute activities to address these.
  • Strong analytical and judgement skills, with the ability to develop and compare alternative courses of action at a strategic or project level, arriving at well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Ability to work flexibility and manage several activities and competing priorities
