The Role

The role
This Junior Designer role supports our content deals and FAST channels, helping to source imagery and adapt artwork for our customers. You’ll also support Studios Marketing with social media assets, pitch materials, banners, and campaign visuals.
Key responsibilities:
Service Our Content Deals
- Resize existing images to fit platform specifications.
- Organise, label, and upload assets to appropriate systems.
- Coordinate workflows and deadlines across multiple platforms.
- Source images from existing materials or archives.
- Tag and file images for future use and easy retrieval.
Service Global Free Ad Supported Channels
- Source, create and deliver a variety of programme artwork for use across FAST channels and streaming services worldwide.
- Develop artwork from core assets (photography, logos, key art, style guides), adapting to platform specs and contractual requirements - including resizing, redrawing, versioning and clearance - before delivering to clients or internal teams.
- Build strong working relationships across Global Partnerships and Content Operations, collaborating with Client Services & Fulfilment, Asset Acquisitions, Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams.
- Strong understanding of image rights, embargoes and approvals processes to ensure all assets are legally compliant and fully cleared for use.
- Manage delivery and archiving of imagery in line with agreed standards, including correct metadata.
- Test and monitor performance of artwork to inform ongoing optimisation.
- Upload and catalogue imagery within asset management systems.
Support Studios Marketing
- Take artworking and basic creative briefs from the marketing team for digital banners, platform assets, templates, resized logos, pitch decks, and internal communications.
- Assist in concepting designs for brand assets and campaigns.
- Support the delivery of brand work, ensuring consistency and quality across decks, logos, and visuals.
- Build files to spec and size, and convert them into the correct formats for print or digital use.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- A relevant qualification and hands-on experience in design or artworking.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in working with AI tools such as Runway, Open AI ( Chat GPT and Sora) and Adobe Firefly
- Basic knowledge of presentations and how to apply assets effectively to imagery.
- Highly organised and methodical, with excellent admin skills and strong attention to detail.

- Ensuring all work is delivered on time and to spec.
- Able to manage and prioritise a high volume of requests from multiple teams.
- Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for TV, design, and creative work
