The Role

The role

The Marketing Delivery team are the drivers of marketing execution at ITV — powering progress, maintaining alignment across functions, identifying risks early, escalating impacts where needed, and adapting quickly to keep activity on track.

Sitting at the heart of ITV’s marketing output, they ensure content campaigns of all sizes are delivered efficiently, collaboratively and effectively. The team’s projects span launch campaigns of new shows and returning series of beloved favourites such as Love Island, as well as brand building campaigns and always-on performance marketing activity driving streaming on ITVX.

Working shoulder to shoulder with marketers, creatives, media partners, producers, strategists, channel leads, publicity leads, this role will speak all these functions ‘languages’ and work closely to support the different needs with ease.

Main responsibilities

  • Delivery Manager working predominantly across the campaign marketing side of the marketing output. Project lead for end to end content campaigns delivered across paid and owned channels including OOH, Audio, TV, VOD, Partnerships, Meta, TikTok, CTV and CRM.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans - based on allocated projects and briefs for content marketing campaigns you’ll lead on planning, deadlines, deliverables, leading project meetings, navigating blockers and overall momentum.
  • Juggle multiple projects - managing the end-to-end development of multiple projects simultaneously (often around 6 at once), driving forward each stage and ensuring each milestone is met and to the highest quality standard and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration - ensuring cross-functional collaboration between marketing, creative, media, strategy, product, press & publicity, production and external agencies is always timely, clear and needed.
  • Own organisation and documentation - owning the supporting structures of all project related output - briefs, creative development, media development, timing plans, statuses, slack channel updates as well as raising finance POs to facilitate media plans.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple media channels or equivalent complex projects.
  • Extensive experience in creative programme management, project management, or operations in the creative industries.
  • Comfortable with change and looking round corners to anticipate challenges and adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional project teams and navigate complex senior stakeholder landscapes.
  • Demonstrates a strong ‘leaving it better than you found it’ approach, using insight from successes and challenges to continuously improve delivery approaches.
  • A love of TV and Film isn’t required, but definitely helps!

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

  • The ability to break down challenges, streamline processes, and create environments that empower.
  • Able to connect teams (right people, right time), drive collaboration, and create alignment.
  • Experience in defining a path forward for each project, looking around corners, changing course as needed.
  • Must be able to stay calm under pressure, confidently keeping the project team focused and accountable in fast-paced situations.
  • The ability to react and respond to the changing needs of the business and tailors approach when needed.

What is the magic of ITV?

It starts with a simple love of television. Watching it, creating it, talking about it. Whether it’s daytime or primetime, for downtime or anytime.

We’re inspired by our audiences. Who helps shape what we make. Standing shoulder to shoulder with them. Because what matters to them, matters to us.

Starting conversations. Winning hearts. Changing minds and sometimes even society itself. Big or small, what we make makes an impact.
