You will play a key role in managing diaries, coordinating travel, handling submissions, and keeping ITV’s content pipelines and databases up to date.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for television and film content to gain insight into the acquisitions & editorial process at the UK’s leading commercial broadcaster.

  • Coordinate team diaries, particularly around key international TV markets.
Arrange and book travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the team as required.

  • Raise POs for regular and ad hoc live-streaming projects.

Content & Systems Management

  • Update the ITVX Film Calendar to reflect completed deals.
  • Maintain the monthly Films Drop List and circulate updates across teams.
  • Monitor the Content Acquisitions inbox, responding to submissions or forwarding queries to the relevant acquisitions executive.
  • Source and share promos/screeners with internal stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure YouTube schedules are kept up to date, in line with wider content release plans.
  • Complete, submit and track Commission Forms for ad-hoc commissions as required by Channels and ITVX team members.

Content Engagement & Events

  • Screen content submissions and provide initial feedback or recommendations.
  • Liaise with studios, distributors, and partners to arrange screenings, previews, and industry events.
  • Support the team in preparing for and attending key industry festivals and markets (e.g., Content London, MIPCOM, Series Mania, Cannes, etc.).

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria):

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with proven experience managing diaries and coordinating travel.
  • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when updating systems, schedules, and costings.
  • An interest in film, television, and content acquisition is highly desirable.

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria):

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive, flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities.

What is the magic of ITV?

It starts with a simple love of television. Watching it, creating it, talking about it. Whether it’s daytime or primetime, for downtime or anytime.

We’re inspired by our audiences. Who helps shape what we make. Standing shoulder to shoulder with them. Because what matters to them, matters to us.

Starting conversations. Winning hearts. Changing minds and sometimes even society itself. Big or small, what we make makes an impact.
