But growth like this demands brilliant people - on and off the screen. And that means first growing our Recruitment team so we can provide our functions with the skills and experience they need.

1000 roles a year… and counting

Right now, we recruit for more than 1000 roles every year across our business. And every day we see new faces in Tech, Data, Legal and Finance, not to mention in general business support and throughout our Centres of Excellence, too.

But finding and attracting the best people is just the beginning. It’s also important that we make sure we have just the right people in the right roles. And that everyone who joins us has all the support they need to develop in their careers.

We’re looking for experienced, ambitious and passionate people to join our growing Recruitment team in Manchester, Leeds, London and Birmingham. Here are just some of the roles on offer…

  • Recruiters - you’ll need experience of high volume recruitment in an in-house role and a background in direct sourcing through various routes to market.
  • Senior Recruiters - You’ll also need experience of running campaigns, writing interview scripts against competencies, and developing scenarios, to measure candidates’ skills, knowledge & experience.
  • Recruitment Managers - as well as the above, you’ll also bring line management expertise, a knowledge of legislation, and experience of designing selection materials and managing stakeholders.
  • Senior Recruitment Managers - you’ll add high level business partnering experience, strong negotiation skills, campaign management expertise, and a full knowledge of the key drivers across recruitment processes.
